Annie Lucille Crutchfield Smith
Annie Lucille Crutchfield Smith, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2010 at her home with her family by her side.
Born on October 25, 1928 in Moore Co., NC to the late W.C. Crutchfield and Ara Hall Crutchfield. She was a LPN and worked at Carter Weber prior to her retirement.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Miller-Boles Funeral Home Chapel in Sanford with Pastor Merritt Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by: Son, Tommy Smith and wife Esther; daughter, Sharon McNeil and husband Tommy all of Sanford. 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren all of Sanford also survive her. She is also survived by a sister Mary Ishmael of Lemon Springs, NC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 1973, Fred Thomas Smith.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 15, 2010 from 7-9 p.m. at Miller-Boles Funeral Home in Sanford.
