Horace Wayne Rowell, age 61 of 424 Dixie Trail, died on Friday, March 5, 2010. 

A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 1:30-2:30 PM in Boles Funeral Home Chapel, Red Springs, NC.  A graveside servce will follow the visitation immediately in Rowell Family Cemetery, Rowland, NC at 3:00 PM.  Rev. Hedrick Jones, officiating.

Mr. Rowell was a veteran of the US Army.

He is survived by a brother: David Rowell of Aberdeen, NC; four sisters: Brenda Rowell and Jean Woodcox of Raeford, NC Jessie Herholz of Fayetteville, NC and Linda Gardner of Ft. Myers, FL as well as a host of relatives and other friends.
