Mr. James “Snu Boy” Roscoe Hunt age 78 of 507 Cooley St. in Rowland, died Tuesday January 24, 2012 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, SC.

The funeral service will be held Saturday January 28, 2012 at 2:00pm at Rainbow Covenant Church Hwy 710 Rowland, NC. Officiating will be the Revs., Bobby Burns, Brian Jacobs, Craig Jones. Burial will follow at McDonald Church of God, Hwy 130 East, Fairmont, NC

Mr. Hunt is survived by his wife, Verzilla McGirt Hunt of the home, two sons; Jamie Hunt and Randy Wayne Hunt both of Pembroke, three daughters; Vicky Baxley of Raeford, Sally G.Locklear of Rowland and Veronica J.Hunt of Fairmont, one brother, Huey Hunt of Fairmont, 21 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 27, 2012 from 7:00 to 9:00pm at Rainbow Covenant Church on Hwy 710 Rowland NC.
