My our father past away in Feb, Andrew contact us and we were able to meet him at the funeral home to go over everything for us to the paperwork. We had our father service at the funeral home and we sat down with Cathy and she asked us many questions about our father. We had my father service in September, my husband and I were able to come to the funeral house that early morning to set up the room and putting out pictures. John and Abe setting up the food and speaking to guest to all of the family that come that day. Having music just playing in the background while the guest were talking about my father. I was very happy with the recent services provided by Boles Funeral Home for the passing of my father. As an out-of-towner, I really didn’t know who to use. The local hospital gave me a number of choices. Boles was first to get back to me and everything from that point was fantastic. Informed me of my options without pressuring me, met at times convienent , performed cremation services quickly , helped with VA services, like getting the flag, death certicates , posted notice on their website, follow up to make sure everything was done right. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Boles Funeral Home. My father passed away unexpectedly and Denise was a God-send. She walked me through the process step by step, was always available when I had questions, and treated my father with dignity and respect. My father wanted to be cremated yet Boles Funeral home had a private viewing for me to identify him and say my final goodbyes when he came from the hospital. He was a veteran and they draped him with the American flag and had a Coast Guard flag hanging by him as well. He was also cremated with a flag and I was given a flag as well. The biodegradable urn was beyond perfect for his sea burial. Yet, the support from Denise and others didn't stop there. They followed up with a card, calls, and texts to let me know they were thinking of me and were there when needed during my grieving and afterwards. While it id never an easy discussion with family, it is vital to plan ahead of time and Boles is there to walk you through the pre-planning process, and there to support you when you unexpectedly need them also.

The staff strives for the best experience a family can have considering a burial is not an easy event. The minister (Rev.
